EXCHANGE POLICY
We only offer size exchanges of the same product. We do not offer refunds or returns. 


In the event of an exchange, the product should be returned to us in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging and tags within 5 days from the date of delivery. Please note the courier charges will be borne by the customer while returning (an exception might be applied in certain cases). 

Once received, our team will examine the product and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.

Enness Studio shall not be held liable for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. 

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
For the goods to be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 5 days

The Goods are in the original packaging

The Goods contain the original tags and receipts provided during shipping

Goods are not used or damaged

The following Goods cannot be returned/exchanged:

Goods made to your specifications or including personalised details such as (a) Custom sizes; (b) Custom colours

Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons such as undergarments, bikinis etc.

NOTE : Goods on SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

DEFECTIVE GOODS
All our pieces are thoroughly checked before leaving the warehouse.
